Custody and
Vault Structure
Secure. Governed. Accountable. Built for Real-World Assets.
ReserveChain.io intends to protect the physical assets backing any future tokens through a multi-layered custody and vault structure designed for maximum security, regulatory compliance, and operational integrity. The infrastructure is designed so that every gram, meter, and ingot is safeguarded, verifiable, and fully accounted for.
Current status: the physical assets are under management control. Mondialpol has confirmed acceptance. Formal custody intake and insurance will be issued upon physical delivery of the assets to the vault after Estonian company registration is completed.

Our Custody Principles
Asset Protection First
Physical assets are intended to be held in secure vaults with enterprise-grade safeguards and 24/7 monitoring. Insurance is activated only upon formal custody intake.
Regulatory Compliance
Custody operations are intended to comply with international standards including KYC/AML, sanctions screening and audit requirements.
Independent Oversight
Third-party auditors and inspectors are intended to regularly verify existence, condition and quantity of all underlying assets.
Segregation of Assets
Client assets are intended to be held segregated from corporate assets and never co-mingled or rehypothecated.
Complete Transparency
Digital Asset Passports (DAPs) are designed to provide controlled visibility into asset location, status and ownership.

- Segregation and release controls — pending mandate
- Additional locations on a need-to-know basis
No executed custody mandate, signed intake receipt or reconciled inventory has been issued yet; assets are not classified as admitted to the Reserve.
Insurance Coverage
Insurance will be activated upon physical delivery of the assets to the vault and formal custody intake.
- Activated upon formal custody intake
- Asset-specific policy evidence required
- Insured value, beneficiary and limits to be documented
- No asset is described as insured until evidence exists
Per White Paper v1.0: assets may not be described as fully insured unless current documentary evidence confirms the coverage.
Proof of Reserves & Assurance
Asset reserves are intended to be supported by:
- Independent audits
- Third-party inspections
- Controlled registry verification
- Regular proof-of-reserves attestations
Reports will be made available only once approved attestations actually exist.
Important Limitations
- Mondialpol has confirmed acceptance of the assets, but no executed custody mandate, signed direct-intake receipt or asset-specific insurance evidence has been issued yet.
- Custodian identities, facility details and custody agreements will be published only after they have been supplied and approved.
- Custody involves residual risks — including theft, damage, operational error and custodian failure — that cannot be eliminated.
Pending information or documentation to be provided or approved by the project owners or their appointed professional advisers.
