From physical inventory to catalog tokens
Asset Onboarding
A real-world asset is sourced, identified, and categorized.
Verify
Independent laboratories inspect, test, and confirm authenticity and quality.
Value
Relevant valuation inputs establish reference pricing and asset characteristics.
Custody
Documented program assets are recorded with chain-of-custody controls. Formal vault intake and insurance are issued after physical delivery of the assets to the vault.
Passport
A Digital Asset Passport is created with unit-level identity, documentation, and history.
Tokenize
Tokens are purchased at /buy. 1 token = 1 USDT of catalog credit. Bonus tokens, if any, are taken from the same limited pool.
Reconcile
Physical inventory and digital records are continuously reconciled for transparency.
Redeem
After purchase, open the portal, choose an available catalog unit, and burn the tokens equal to that unit’s published price. You cannot redeem more than your balance. No cash, no fractions, no cutting of sealed units.

6Tokenization Controls
- Eligibility rules define what may be tokenized.
- Platform policies govern issuance parameters.
- A token is redemption credit. It becomes a claim to a specific sealed unit only after a redemption request is accepted and the required tokens are burned.
7Proof of Reserves & Reconciliation
- Physical inventory is counted and recorded.
- Digital records are reconciled to physical holdings.
- Discrepancies are investigated and resolved.
8Redemption Framework
